Lobster Rolls (Patreon)

Since some you seemed interested Learned this recipe from my dad, who learned it from my grandfather who has lived in the Maritimes for over 80 years. Where LOBSTER IS LIFE. Just made this recently when I was visiting my family. Only time I eat lobster is when I see them cause you can get it right off the boats.

Makes 6-8 lobster rolls

Ingredients -

3.5 lbs of lobster meat (fresh is always better)

1 teaspoon of dill

2.5 table spoons of Miracle Whip (as much as I hate MW, don’t use mayo it won’t give you the tang that MW will give you)

2 stalks of celery (Diced)

Fresh lettuce

New England hot dog buns (they are flat on the side)

Directions -

Mix all the

ingredients

Grill buns wth butter

Add a leaf of lettuce

Serve immediately
