Throwback on a Saturday (Patreon)

Sorry for the low res picture that’s one crummy thing about older costumes is I don’t have high res photos of them and many of the photographers didn’t shoot at that high level.

Still proud of these arms, it was my first cosplay where I had part of my body cast (no 3D scanning) and then learned to sculpt, mold and Casting with Fiberglass with metal powder. It was my “practice” costume to learn techniques before I made my Bubblegum crisis hard suit. Thermal plastics and foam products weren’t as cosplay friendly back in those days. Love seeing how much the hobby and now industry has grown and changed.

My frustration is I have been wanting to do some bigger builds but my build time is so limited (and I’m Sloooooowwwww) through the last couple years that been doing easier wear stuff for convention appearances (also easier for me to be in Hinata all day then Ashe). Fingers crossed for 2019!!! :)
