It's hard for me to be in stillness. I have always wanted to be in motion... but I am learning that stillness is important ... I need to rest between the intensities of my life... I need to reflect on the moments... I need to day dream more... do you like to daydream too? What do you ponder...?

I day dream often, thinking it would be nice to have a girlfriend. Also relax nude with her.

The is stillness, allowing time to dream but there is great value in meditation, especially mindfullness. Developing the capacity to step back from thoughts, to acknowledge these but then bring awareness back to the breath and bodily sensations. With daily practice it brings deep relaxation & peace. Ultimately choiceless awareness is so liberating, can meditate when washing dishes or just sitting. I really enjoy walking mindfully. Make space for being as well as doing.
