"RITUAL" > intimate, powerful self portraits (Patreon)

I'm starting to really like my own photography... Self portraits are HARD when 1.4 is your favorite aperture... Now I am finally getting better in lightroom and photoshop, I still feel like I am barely scratching the surface (which I am!) Gotta start somewhere though, right? 

I shot a series of these wearing an eco-leather Atomica harness by Ritual - I met the designer personally when I was recently in NYC. She lives part time in Bali and her leather is sourced from the skin of sheep and goats in that area that are being used in their meat industry - instead of throwing the skins out they are used to make beautiful and wickedly sexy clothing articles! Way to use more of the animal! 

Anyway, this photo gallery was shot by me in the comfort of my own dining room, and it get's pretty hot. You also get a great view of my tiger stripes, and the right side of my ribs, where my tattoo is almost gone!  I will share the behind the scened video I made on how I shot these photos in my next post, three days from today!

***The Calm Before the STORM!***

This week isn't exactly "calm" I suppose, I am cramming in doing my taxes, finishing some editing projects, and familiarizing myself with my new camera, flashes, lens, and fluid head monopod I just purchased for shooting these seminar events. The first one is this coming weekend in Raleigh, NC! 

I am so totally stoked, my life is going to be very different for the rest of the year, I will be extra empowered and things are coming out to be epically badass!! XD
