I don't take myself seriously, and this boogey dance strip tease video is my interpretive way of expressing my affinity for gooberism. 

Doing the jig and taking it all off to some classic hits of the 50s/60s is my jive! When I go to karaoke, I like to sing songs like this too ;) (And of course, Led Zeppelin songs!)

June transforms spring into summer, and I am changing too! Next week I will be more amphibious than ever, I get to start my freediving training course! Be sure to scope out any behind the scenes gems on my instagram stories for some inside scoops. 

I can hold my breath (static) for up to 3 min 15 seconds, I have been practicing every morning while meditating, after I read and journal. Having these habits I do every day has really begun to compound it's effects positively in my life - I used to be so anxious and went through secret bouts of wishing I could disappear. 

I am now 6 years sober! And instead of white-knuckling my life away, I have these serenity habits along with positive goals and aspirations to stay happy, healthy, sober, and successful! YOU are helping me with this, by following my journey and lending your support, and for that I am eternally grateful!
