This not a chapter. Obviously. The mere idea a chapter could be approximately around 185 pages and 72,000 words long is ridiculous.

I'm sure you will agree, dear patrons.

The bad news is that it took me a lot of time to decide the scenes and what to write, one of the (many) reasons why I declare 12-1's writing officially over today.

Another bad news is that I have renounced giving a deadline to the poor beta(s). They will give back the not-chapter when they will have corrected it...and unfortunately, it won't be tomorrow (they won't take too long, of course, the Commissars are always vigilant).

The good news is that since it was necessary to divide the scenes, I have been able to prepare the structure for 12-2, which may be named (or not) Tyranny 12-2 Gods and Tyrants.

I have also a much better idea of how the whole twelfth Arc is going to be structured.

I planned initially for 3 chapters, but the size of this not-chapter (12-1) led me to decide it was going to be way too huge. Tyranny Interlude should be (emphasis on the should) 4 not-chapters.

This should go like this (the titles are not confirmed, for evident reasons):

12-1 Blood Bath

12-2 Gods and Tyrants

12-3 [REDACTED BY ORDER OF THE INQUISITION]

12-4 Ashes of Victory

What else I am supposed to speak about...well, I haven't currently decided what I am going to write next. On the one hand, I really have to begin the next update of The odds were never in my favour, but it is a very big and important chapter, and I'm a bit tired (due to the not-chapter going overboard).

But of course a lot will depend on my inspiration, and assuming the muses cooperate...I am really unable to give you the order of they will be written right now.
