I am honestly tempted, dear readers, after the news of this morning which sees a Russian landing ship joyously burning, to write an Evil Overlord's List.

Seriously, between 'secure your supply lines', 'beware the tractors', and 'this harbour belonged to the enemy, don't assume they don't know where to look for', the recent invasion is really, really rich of those nasty lessons reality loves to remind you so much.

Mhh...oh yeah, this will have to wait the end of the writing for the story you all love so much (11-2), of course.

I am past 30,000 words now. The draft will be sent by the usual method (which might possibly be gmail, who knows)

The final chapter should be ready by the same time next week, though it's only an estimate, not a promise.
