No. But since it's Erebus, the High Lords would at least politely consider the proposal before rejecting it. Because killing Erebus is a favour to the galaxy, and deserves to be acknowledged as such.

I vote the coward Leet kills this cowardly heretic! Thus getting a vote of Triumph vote before Talyor cause this is a crazy galaxy of 40k. Then Leet finds out that no "Triumphs" does not free you from dwarf bonds of honor.

I don't know who would be the most horrified at the fact the Imperium has to hand a Sector to Leet: the Chaos Gods, the Emperor, Taylor, the High Lords of Terra, or the Adeptus Mechanicus. And that's all the factions which came to mind at first. Although yeah, it wouldn't free him from his oath with Borek.

Despite often serving as (hilarious btw) comic relief, the Skaven’s mad science is probably even more dangerous in 40k, since no other faction has such an insane technological improvement rate. I am looking forward to what fresh lunacy they forge with mass production and kilometre scale constructs. If they ever figure out the difference between heresy and anarchy, they will be a force to be reckoned with.
