Okay, I've just finished my work on The odds were never in my favour for the moment.

My beta sent me the chapter 60 back properly corrected, so I will post it before the 25 as usual. Below there is a small teaser of a chapter which will be likely out in September.

For the moment, I have finished the year 1993 for my Harry Potter AU and I have a good picture of everything I wants to write for the rest of Alexandra's third year. The stage is bit by bit prepared for the European Magical Tournament and it's going to be epic...

Ahem. For the writing schedule, I am going back to the Weaver Option, as promised. Decision 5-5 is going to be very important in many aspects, I really want to write it before moving on.

And then it will be Let the Galaxy Burn, because the Battle of King's Landing is going to see moments of untold atrocity, heroism and courage...

when do you think Decision 5-5 will be ready?

Before the end of the month for sure, I intend it to be smaller than Decision 5-4 (though you know what they say about plans...) but I can't be more precise than that.

I'm still hype for more Weaver Option. Best currently updating 40K story going in my opinion. I've started reading Let the Galaxy Burn, but it does not grab me like WO does. Unlike WO, I struggle to care about some of the more disparate POVs in LtGB. Still it's a great piece of pretty much original Mil Sci/Fi and that's hard enough to come by these days.

Be careful with TOWNIMF. I feel like it's on the edge of "Great" or "Wasted Potential". Most of that is because of the "Can't write interesting, young, male protagonist" angle that appears to be present. And yes, it IS present. Rupert is the only damn Male-protagonist of Alex's age-group. Or even among students. The twins really don't count as the only interaction they've had with said protagonist is Business/required for ginny. Same with Blaise. And if all the Dark Champions are female I will drop the story like it's on fire. I feel like I'm already deluding myself half the time into believing it's not a subtle 'girl power rah' story.

No, all the Champions are not female. In fact, a majority of the Light Champions are male, and there are plenty of male Dark Champions too.
