Weekly Report 153 - No More Money | Paradox (Patreon)

Hi guys,
How are you? I hope everybody is doing fine and I hope you all had wonderful holidays.

On Monday I have restarted the work on both games. Here is what I managed to do

NO MORE MONEY

One of the hardest part when creating an episode is finding the right balance between characters, but also showing enough to make it interesting, that's why for the last two episodes I've been focusing more on Charlotte, Katrina, Darlene and Sheila.

I didn't want to steal screen time from Tris, Lisa, Lauren or Emma, by adding little bits of everyone, so this episode and the next one we'll be focusing mainly on Tris.

This next episode will be mainly about Tris, but we finally will make progress with Lisa/Lauren as a side girlfriend.

The episode will start where it was left in episode 4. Drunk Tris coming home. Our MC will finally acknowledge his feelings towards Tris and they will try to address this problem.

Also for those of you who couldn't choose between Lisa and Lauren and decided to go with one, but still keep the other on the side, we will finally make some progress, not much yet, but we're preparing the terrain for next episode, which will be interesting for those of you who want both of them.

Some of you got scared/excited when they saw how episode 4 finished. I just want to mention from now, that I need to follow patreon's guideline so I can't go to crazy with Tris and Katrina. Just keep that in mind and don't get your hopes too high or don't get too scared.

Paradox

Our second game Paradox started to be appreciated between our patrons and I like this. I'm glad that you enjoy my work, however this is still my side project and the guy who is helping me with it, doesn't have too much time, that's why the updates are slower.

On Monday we've had a meeting and decided how next chapter shall look like.

In this chapter, our MC is slowly getting settled in our timeline. He tries to understand the people and mostly tries to avoid Tabitha, so he can finish the job. The first part is easy, the second one, not so much.

Also we will introduce two new characters, which maybe will help him get his mind off Tabitha. In a future post I will let +20$ patrons vote their looks.

As you know I'm writing both games and I feel obliged to explain how things work. I will start writing the text for Paradox while I prepare the renders for No More Money. I will be writing the text while waiting for my machine to finish certain renders.

Also if one day you see that I don't post progress on Discord, is because I have too much work on my main job and didn't had time to do anything. I'm sorry about this situation, but we do what we can.
