Black screen and crash (Patreon)

Hey guys I have understood that some of you have problems playing the game because of a black screen that appear on Episode 1. After talking with a few guys about that I came up with a fix however it was a temporary fix and soon after the game crashed again, so I might have some theories, but I'm gonna need your help.

If you didn't encounter this problem then this post it's not for you.

Because I don't want to create too many polls I'm gonna add here a few questions and I need your help to understand it. 

1. Where do you find the blackscreen/crash? Only in the livingroom or it's other rooms too

2. Does your game crash or just black screen?

3. If you are in window mode does your game still crash?
