April 1st Poll (Patreon)

With Devoured on Arrival 4 winning the previous poll, it's time for another poll! The new option this time around is Maid for Dessert, the conclusion to the Maid For series, because those shrunken maids are apparently not allowed to make it through a day without being ingested.
