Great react, as usual. This may sound strange but I was glad that Stark went out like he did. It gave the audience sometime to reflect and think if he really deserved to die. It happened with some other Espada but not done in such a detached way that Shunsui did. It really hit home for me when Shunsui said honor does not exist in war. That both sides are to blame. To me, both their outlooks created a wonderful tragedy.

So Im glad you enjoyed Starrk, theres a reason why hes my favorite Espada. In the Bleach community, after Ulquiorra and Grimmjow, Starrk is by far the next favorite amongst the fanbase. A couple fun facts: Starrk is the only Espada to not have received a powerup from Aizen using the hogyoku. He is the only naturally occurring arrancar in the Espada, as we see from his backstory when splitting in 2 with Lilynette. Also his aspect of death, Loneliness/Solitude, has probably the only true insight in the entire series on Aizen. Ill have to explain in a further video to avoid spoilers when u get to that point about what makes him and Aizen very similar. My own headcanon is that Aizen liked Starrk alot, probably the only Espada he could stand tbh, and after his death he was like fuck it, time to get serious. Its funny cuz Starrk kinda did the same thing after Barragan died. Imo Starrk had more of a partnership than a subservient one with Aizen as he never really took orders from Aizen nor was he forced into following him like Barragan and the others. Aizen simply walked up to him, saw his strength and asked him to join his crew. As you can see, this was actually AFTER he betrayed and left the Gotei 13, unlike all the other Espada whom he recruited years before. Starrk is the newest member to actually join the Esapda. And lastly, when Starrk died, he didnt plead for help like Zommari/Aaroniero or curse him like Barragan or failed in completing his mission in beating his opponent like Ulquiorra, he just said sorry cuz he couldnt return the favor of helping him achieve his goal after Aizen helped Starrk find what he wanted… not to live life alone without any strong comrades
