This the only canon bleach movie …. The rest are good but are basically what ifs… this one holds some validity to the actual story later on .

This movie is sorta canon. Ichigo vaguely mentions the Valley of Screams in a throwaway comment one time in the manga. Outside of that, u can treat it as filler. Movie 4 also has some canon elements to it but all these movies dont fit into the continuity of the series and is considered extra/added content not related to main story

It's been a long minute since I've seen any of the BLEACH movies! It's going to be fun watching them back along with your reactions. Don't let what others say fool you, although they can be skipped, all the movies are pretty solid and an enjoyable watch. But as mentioned, this is the only movie that can be considered "canon". A little fun fact, Kubo's inspiration when drawing Senna was taking from a character who is introduced way later down the line, I won't say who it is, since it contains minor spoilers.

Idk if you'll ever see this but just managed to get ur patreon and wanna clarify if no one did, iirc when ichigo took her to the grave thats when he realised she didn't actually exist (those were someone else's memories she had all jumbled up together) and ichigo realised it cuz only the parents names were on the gravestone not a daughter which makes it more bittersweet how he tried comforting her in her final moments (a parallel to the earlier scene where she was helping the child find his father because it would be too sad if he just died and didn't even manage to fulfill his last wish)

Love the reaction! Senna's situation is so f****d up like she was just really a collection of random people's memory? The grave scene was too much for me 😭. In her very last moments she wants to prove that she atleast existed by going to her grave but even that was just some random couple's grave. Ichigo lied for her, and that's what broke him down to his knees. OSTs are also immaculate.🔥
