4th ending for Lust Vessel (Patreon)

We are already deciding the 4th ending for the game, this poll will be longer so you have a little extra time to decide about the ending for version 0.15, since we will be working like version 0.14, aside from the scenes to reach the ending there will be an extra scene for that version, anyway, our options will be the same as the last two poll minus the endings that are in version 0.14.
