Ancient Egyptian Deities Kickstarter + other new content (Patreon)

Guess what? Our Ancient Egyptian Deities project was approved by Kickstarter today! That means we'll be able to launch on our expected date, March 1, 2024 💙

This has been a very long and involved project, as we started researching and working on it back in March of 2023 (wow, it's been a whole year!). Putting together the Kickstarter page and all of the content was a lot of work, but it was absolutely worth it.

Here's a preview of what you can expect:

All the pins come with a backing card with information about the deity and their name in hieroglyphic and hieratic script.

Every pledge also comes with a digital Information Booklet, where you can read all the deities' information. There are 81 deities represented in the project, so we're hoping you'll meet some new ones you've never seen before!

In this project, it has been important to us to represent deities that are not well known to modern audiences but were beloved by the Ancient Egyptians. We wanted a well-rounded collection that shows the diversity of the Ancient Egyptian pantheon and the breadth of their unique roles and responsibilities :)

Curious about what the bonus is for early backers? We designed this mini statue based on the mythological sha animal. If you back the project within the first 100 backers on launch day, you'll get a random mini added to your order. They're about one inch tall and quite chaotic... : )

February Pin Club

We received notice that the February Pin Club packages will ship to us in the next few days, so we should be getting those in a week or so. Even better, that means that you'll be getting them soon too! Here's a reminder of what those look like (Ultimate as the example). The theme was cottagecore!

March Pin Club

If you haven't taken a peek at the Patreon tier pictures yet (we roll over the tier pictures at the beginning of the month so subscribers can see what they'll get after the next charge), here's what the March Pin Club looks like! The theme was fairycore! Ultimate is the example here too.

Chinese New Year

If you've been following our Patreon for a while, or you're familiar with pin manufacturing schedules, February has been quiet as our manufacturer celebrated the long Chinese New Year holiday. They told us they are back to work now, so we should start to see some progress on highly anticipated pins like the Rainbow Fireworks pins, the TFF pins, etc.

We're especially excited to see how those rainbow pins turn out. They're bound to be very pretty!

New Shop Designs?

Lately, we have been updating the shop every Friday at 1:00 PM Central - we put into the shop whichever pins are available to release at the time. Eagli has been making some fantastic new designs that we're excited to show off, but we plan to wait until the rainbow fireworks pins come in before releasing any new pre-order ones.

Whew... there's still some background work to do for the Kickstarter, so we'll be hopping back onto that and getting some new pins to the manufacturer now that they're back. Lots to do, lots to do! We hope everyone has a great week too!
