About who left the pledge without saying anything... (Patreon)

I'm very grateful for your support so far.

There have been some who have left their pledge, although it had the benefits, it's normal, I can assume that because they have their reason, so they can't continue supporting me; the only thing that bothers me is they don't respond the emails, it's not to claim why they went, but to remind them that they still have credits for use, and also, to buy a drawing.

What am I going with this? If for some reason you can't keep supporting me, all right, but at least don't go without using your credits, because it makes me think you don't like what I offer or just helping me out of pity, or I don't know what else.

I contact you by email, because for me it's easier to communicate with you, more than anything to deliver you the respective credits, J-Card, drawing progress, etc.

I haven´t received any mail for now indicating that there is a disagreement on the benefits I offer, I hope not to have them soon, so I can assume that all is well.
