Small description: He was a member of an isolated tribe of renegade changelings, he's the son and descendant of Tlas The First (who died along with many warriors of his tribe), his species (different from a common changeling) owns a magic that allows him to take the form of different characters (but not a own false form), after the bloody war, he and some few survived, all took different paths. Tlas II, on the other hand, lived isolated in a garbage dump of Lime City, until he met another changeling who helped him improve and showed his skills, impressing his new partner.
About him: He helped his partner to carry out espionage and investigation work taking forms of different characters, that allowed Tlas II to specialize in the work of private detective, one day, his partner was seriously wounded by gangsters, he did everything possible to put them in custody and he got it, unfortunately his partner didn't manage to survive after several days in a hospital, but not before handing him a document which would allow him to enter directly to be an officer, now he works for justice and works as a detective.
