Small description: Since he was colt he was astute, he got what he wanted thanks to his agility, even at some point he played in the baseball team (together with Moonshot Battler), his personality is a bit shy, sometimes he was mistaken as a female, once he had achieved connection to the school network completely free of charge without anyone noticing, when he finished school he dedicated himself to be a delivery boy of leaflets in different houses of the village, and, secretly, he checked if each house had connection to a network, so then he can get free connection. He got together with someone who had a lot of money to be able to found a clandestine network connection company, making his future clients believe that it is 100% legal (obviously).
About him: The business has grown a lot that Nebular didn't need his partner anymore, that caused indignation of the latter, and made him sign a document stating that the millionaire is absolved of all possession of the company, this was a trap, since the millionaire could make a police report to the company without him being affected (thanks to the signed document), in the end the company was closed, the workers were dismissed (but not imprisoned), and the owner was taken into custody leaving most of the villagers (who used their service) affected.
