Small description: Is a kind of very strange changeling, apparently he's a hybrid, there isn't much information about it, but what can be said is that he has been a tough guy since childhood, making life impossible for his classmates. He doesn't have a horn, so he can't transform himself like a common changeling would. After a few years, he joined a group of tough guys to form the gang of "renegade changelings", he being the leader and weekly he was terrorizing different cities, and fleeing without problems to justice. They earn money from what they get from their victims.
Case file: Although no one was injured, only traumatized, he hasn't been saved from being on the list of the most wanted. A changeling officer, through trickery, convinced him to be part of the "renegade changeling", thanks to a group of officers, and the infiltrator, managed to at least capture him, but still the other members are loose.
