Hey, everyone! How was your week?

Unfortunately, I got sick again this week, but I'm working at the normal pace, just struggling to eat because of my throat. As many of you already know, there's a lot of dust where I live, dust with agricultural pesticides, so it affects my throat with infections, but I'll get better soon.

Speaking a bit about Yumyverse, I was supposed to post an art on Twitter last week that I've already posted here on Patreon, but I got confused with the schedules. e_e But the good news is that this art will be posted there on Wednesday, along with the art from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Well, as I mentioned in the last newsletter, on the 17th, a game jam from a community of pixel artists that I want to participate will begin. Since the theme will be released on that day, I'll be able to think about whether to participate or not, and I'll probably be wandering in the Discord chat to try to decide. I hope I participate and manage to do something cool for the game jam that also contributes to Yumyverse.

Besides that, I applied to REDBUBBLE to start selling prints and others merch of my art for those interested. It's another way to support my work. But I don't intend to make a big deal about it. I'm already sick of look like I just want money, and with that, I come with another question that I've been having lately...

I want to connect more with people and the audience that follows me. I don't want to be just "a portal of beautiful pixel art." I want people to be interested in my OCs, consume more content about them, but I would also like people to interact and connect more with me, the artist. Unlike many people, I'm not afraid of others wanting to know more about me, my interests, or simply following me more for interaction with a nice person than for the art.

So, I've been thinking of ways to produce content to post simultaneously with the art that brings people closer to me, but I don't know exactly what yet. But I just wanted to share that this is one of the things I've been thinking about and planning to possibly start doing.
