He's absolutely cute! I'm not sure if you're supposed to be able to hold down the mouse button for stroking and fingering/thrusting, but I could not. I got a black screen eventually but I don't have time to see if I can get it to happen again right now. As far as the anatomy goes, I'm not sure what kind of feedback you want.
