Otter Tale update (Patreon)

Progress is going well for Otter tale. I'm not gonna stretch it beyond what I have planned for it. No animated sprites or anything like that. That's feature creep. Maybe another minigame though.

 I have been trying to fix some stuff in the engine to make it faster, but doing too much would probably break it.

Next update end of august.
