S&S book 2 pre-order survey (Patreon)

The book is almost ready to head to the printers!  With your help, I'd like to get some numbers for the print run to make sure there are enough copies for everyone.

The softcover book contains 248 (!) pages in full color, and is A4 (297mm*210mm or 11.7in*8.3in) in size.

The book will cost $39.95 USD.  I really wish it didn't have to be this much (printing, shipping, and distribution costs are what they are), but I hope this will be worth it as a special keepsake you had a large part in making ^_^'  Shipping will be about $6 USD to North America (via Fenris Publishing), and $14-26 plus VAT to Europe (... I know... >.<).

To make things easier on the wallet, and as my way of gratitude, everyone with an active Patreon subscription will receive the eBook for free \o/
