The Sheriff and Tor have missed the front of the procession.  Plan B: Tor gets his choice of cell, AND gets to lead the way!  How could this go wrong?

Also, note that this moat doesn't have a drawbridge over it.  Oh, well, it sorta goes with how well Vale Valley city planning has gone :P
