S&S book - contributor list (Patreon)

Hello patrons!

I am creating a page in the special edition of the S&S book to acknowledge the supporters (you!) who have made the comic possible over the years. Your name will appear if at least one of these criteria are satisfied:

1. You have appeared in any of the S&S party crashers pictures

2. You have contributed $9 or more via S&S subscriptions or Patreon (Why $9? -- Because that was the old "Big Bockwurst" baseline subscription level before Patreon came along)

3. You have commissioned me for an S&S-themed picture

I tried really hard correlating names between the tigerknight.com accounts and Patreon. But there may be errors! If you could spare a few minutes, in the list below, please check:

1. Do you want to be credited? I'm hoping you do, but you may certainly opt out -- tell me if you wish to do so.

2. Is your name correct? (Capitalization, spelling, etc.) Let me know if it isn't.

3. If your name has a pipe ("|") in it, that means your name on the website and your name on Patreon are different; tell me which you prefer to have printed.

4. If you don't mind, please scroll through the entire list to make sure I haven't accidentally listed you twice! (Especially since some of you use different names/emails between your tigerknight.com account and Patreon.)
