2019 calendar preview and orders (Patreon)

Hey folks!  I've been pulling a bunch of overtime working on the 2019 calendar, and the images and basic layout are complete!

All current Patreon supporters who have been a $3 or above subscriber for at least one month are eligible to receive this in the mail for free, as my thanks to you.

To receive a copy, have your mailing address entered into Patreon system, as described in the picture below: Go to https://www.patreon.com/pledges , click the menu button --> "Your memberships", then click the "Update" link to enter in your address.

If you are unable to submit your address for any reason (e.g., you lowered your pledge amount but were a $3+ subscriber in the past), please contact me by private message (Go to https://www.patreon.com/tigerknight/overview , click the "More" button in the left column under the dollar amount, then "Message"), or email jan@tigerknight.com with the "2019 calendar address" somewhere in the subject line.

As I am doing a short print run at the local printer, I need to know how many calendars to produce in one go.  Once we run out, there won't be any left! :o  So please have your address submitted by the end of the month.  I am trying to beat the holiday printing rush this printer usually faces late November, and the postal traffic jam as well.

For anyone who does NOT wish to submit their address out of privacy concerns, I will post a printable PDF of the calendar once it's complete :3
