Progress Report! | Build Contents & Release Date (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

Wanted to take this week to update you all on the upcoming build and talk a little more about it!

== Clara ==

For all of the Clara fans wondering when she'll get more content, her mini-story will be getting a conclusion in this next update!

Clara is actually one of Scarlett's OC's who has been making a cameo appearance in this game so it's about time that she return to her own world ;P  However, getting to add her to Zombie's Retreat has been a wonderful treat and I'm grateful for Scarlett allowing that to happen!

Maybe ZR2 will feature another cameo character from somewhere?

== Challenges ==

The main focus of this update is both the ToP Crossover but I also want to implement a challenge mode of sorts with various objectives.  I'm still in the middle of working on this so I'm not quite sure how the final outcome will turn out.

There will also be some small story progression that acts as a bridge to ZR2's story!

I do know one thing though.  There will be a bonus 'challenge' in this update and it is NOT intended for everyone to complete it.  Just giving everyone a heads up ;P

== Release Date ==

I mentioned it briefly before but this build does still have much more that needs to be completed so I can't give an exact date.

However, late September is a safe bet and my goal for this release.  Expect sometime around Sept 25th for $5+ Patrons but as usual, I will announce the official date in the upcoming weeks!

Also, the 'retail version' or final edition of Zombie's Retreat will go on sale in October so it's a back to back fall season for ZR!  I will continue mentioning that ZR's final release will be $6 on itch and (hopefully) Steam.  Stay tuned for updates on that as well!
