Hey guys!  Figured with the Alpha approaching soon, I'd start talking about some of the gameplay a little more.  

I had some small discussions on the Discord about what you guys wanted to see for scavenging and so far the core mechanics are all fleshed out.

In various places you'll find salvage points where you find 3 random items with various chances of appearing and the rates/items vary between places.  These points refresh two days later.

There will also be crafted tools and quest rewards that give guaranteed resources so while scavenging has some RNG to it, there are other certain ways to ensure survival.

Since this is the Alpha, there are many features that I'd like to add but I want to test out the core gameplay first.  A lot of things can easily be tweaked like % rates so if the game feels to hard or easy at first in the Alpha, know that adjustments and improvements will be made over time!

With the basic survival elements added, the last big obstacle until the Alpha build will be quests and early dialogue with characters!  I still don't have an exact date but again, I'm working pretty hard to make sure that early April date is met!

One request..... No pointless scrap collections only items of use if that OK. but ill be OK with a talking dog companion.....

Every item will be usable so no worries there! A lot of the items starting off have multiple uses as well
