Expanding access to Patreon rewards soon (tldr inside) (Patreon)

It has been nearly 2 years since the Gildedguy Patreon was created, so it is due for a few updates on the reward tiers. These changes are meant to simplify and provide value in a more appropriate way:

1. Retiring the VIP Chat Pass

The "VIP Chat Pass" was originally my version of "Twitch Subscriptions", but now that my channel has Affiliate status, the two roles have become redundant. The rewards for this tier were also underutilized, except for the Discord perk (see next).

2. Expanding Discord access to all Patrons

With the old tier II gone, the leftover Discord perk naturally defaults to tier I. This may also increase activity for the server, which is nice for everyone.

3. Digital Posters is now Tier II ($5)

You guys still get access to the digital posters, but now for cheaper! I am removing the "HD downloads of games and anims" since it is underutilized.

Though I must say I have plans (in 2019) to take a break from doing monthly posters, and instead release a different type of regular content (Q&A videos, animation experiments).
