Saturday Update! (Patreon)

Another summer Saturday is upon us!

It was a bit of a difficult week again for me, I won't lie. My store work was very demanding and I got super stressed from some unrelated online stuff freaking me out really bad. But on the bright side, my store work is slowing down and I'm recovering quite well from the stress thing [ turned out to be nothing, I just needed a couple days to stop worrying about it ].

Anyway, it was a bit of a boring week because I just got more writing done! Well, I guess not boring for me, but boring to report because I have no fun gifs- just me saying 'I got writing done' LMAO

As usual, it doesn't really look like a lot of progress, but I swear it was a fair amount of writing LMAO

I've pretty much completed Day 2, aside from one death.

I also realized yesterday that I've already written more lines of code than the entire original 2016 Strade path! And the original path was actually kind of bloated because I didn't know how to declare sprite changes and dialogue on the same line back then.

I'm pretty jazzed to get into the writing next week because this is about the point in the story where I'm going to be writing mostly new content instead of stuff that's a remixed version of old events.

Night 2 will actually be quite complicated and have a lot of new, weird, options.

Oh, I also went back and forth with a Patreon representative about the credits issues I've been having [ their search function for members got updated recently and now I can't search for people who paid $20 in a certain month at all... ] The rep told me that the functionality is simply lost now and my search is impossible. I'm not too happy about that, but I can hopefully download a copy of my payment history and sort through that in the future which will be a lot more work but also hopefully a lot more accurate!

Anyway, sorry about the kinda lame update but hopefully next week will go a lot smoother and I get more exciting writing done!
