Saturday Update! (Patreon)

CURRENT CG COMPLETION: 81/181 [ wow, just a hundred to go! ]

It's that special time of the week again! It's update time!

This week went a lot smoother! THANK GOD LMAO

I dealt with some fatigue but, meh, that's par for the course really. I managed to get all my work done [ except for a single sneaky knife I'll tell you about later x'D ] so I'm happy. 

Aeris is doing well! I got a call from the vet and they suggested that I give her some painkillers until her dental surgery on May 4th. I went and got them and have been giving them to her according to their instructions. I'm actually a little proud that I figured out how to give her the medicine properly x'D It's liquid medicine so essentially I gotta squirt a tiny syringe in her mouth twice a day LMAO

She's been eating regularly now, maybe a little more because of the painkillers- so that makes me happy! But it also makes it clear she needs that dentist appointment! Wish I could have gotten a sooner one but we'll just have to be patient I suppose.

Anyway, let's see here, about the CGs, hm,

I've been kinda spamming desert CGs for the past couple weeks- the reason I'm doing that is because I'm concerned about the ratios:

I'm trying to get the completion rate to be even, so that when I get to the end and I'm [ theoretically ] at my most skilled, I'll be able to do some of my most experienced work in all 3 paths. I don't want Mason's path to miss out just because there's so many damn characters on Derek's path x'D

Anyway! I am rambling again! My apologies!

Here's the art from this week!

First up, we got the lizards, getting up to their... shenanigans. While I do hate to see bad things happening to Tom, I am pretty happy with how the lighting and composition for this one came out x'D it was complicated and hard to put together tbh.

Next up is Jack! Some of you might have seen me working on this one on-stream! :D

I also happened to forget something VERY IMPORTANT in this CG >_>;; An entire uhhh, knife. Not the one in his hand, there's supposed to be a second one in his shoulder LMAO I am constantly missing huge details like that =_= I think it's the price of having a project this large- because I made my script like a year ago and I really don't remember exactly how all these events go :')

Although the second knife is literally in my thumb version so I guess I was really chugging my stupid bitch juice that morning x'DDD IT'S FINE I'LL ADD IT ON MONDAY LMAO

I've also got the followup for this one, sketched on schedule!

And I even remembered the shoulder knife x'DDD Also, unrelated side-note, my sketches are getting so colorful these days! Before this project I was a monochrome sketcher but this stuff has gotten so technical that I need to use different colors to keep everything straight in my head LOL

Anyhow, I believe that is everything! I'm gonna take it as a huge victory because I was 100% on-schedule! xD

Thank you guys so much for being here and supporting me! I feel so lucky every day to be able to work on my project like this, and to have a safe job right now. You've given me so much and I'll never forget it! It's a pleasure and an honor to work for you!
