...so instead I spent the evening sitting in the parking lot of an entirely different hotel.

Seriously, half the reason I went ahead and did the whole "pictures of the old Animazement hotel" thing was because I worked out a winding backroads way to get from one hotel to the other without actually having to brave the traffic that would ABSOLUTELY have plagued any trip back.  And even then, I still wound up wandering around outside for an hour just to fill time.

And even when the traffic WASN'T bad, the drive still kinda was.
