Conventional Wisdom: Anime USA 2016 - page 1 (Patreon)

  ...and I was so good about getting stuff drawn at-con during AWA, too!  What happened?  Well, I'm sure that part of it was the fact that I hadn't already DONE a whole AWA's worth of comics before the con, so I had a lot more creative energy on tap.  That kinda helps a LOT.

...but honestly, I was also a little wary of doing any comics in the midst of things THIS time because of just how discouraging the Artist Alley experience was.  I don't ever want a Conventional Wisdom update to consist of nothing but me complaining about things, so I thought it'd be a good idea for me to wait until I got home and could reflect on things in context before I started writing... at which point I started complaining about how behind schedule I was.  SO MUCH BETTER, RIGHT?
