I mean, for me at least, picking up on what's going on in the rest of the room is a BIT more important than just being aware when somebody else is about to walk into me.  In fact, if you're following me on Twitter during a convention trip, you can roughly measure which parts of the weekend are the parts when I've got music playing, because that's when those out of context "Overheard" tweets mysteriously stop happening.

...but seriously, I don't care how bad you need to run to the bathroom, nobody gets out of the car until "Blue" is finished!
