The strange whirring and rattling noise coming from the PC, which was neither the case fan nor the CPU cooler, turned out to be the graphics card.

It’s called “coil whine”, and it’s not a malfunction, but a vibration sound that resonates from the coil as the name suggests.

The individual differences are significant, and it’s a symptom that people who don’t encounter it won’t encounter it in their lifetime, so I didn’t think of it.

I thought the CPU cooler was the cause, so I replaced it with a decent cooler, but it was a complete waste of money.

I was going to get started after the exchange, but today I’m sulking and puffing up my cheeks. I feel like sticking to a big nipples.

カタカタキュルキュルPCから発している異音、ケースファンでもCPUクーラーでもなく、グラボだった。

"コイル鳴き"というやつで故障とかではなく、名前の通りコイルから鳴り響く振動音。

個体差によるところが大きく出会わない人は一生出会わない症状なので、思い至らなかった。

てっきりCPUファンが原因と思ったので、折角だからそれなりのクーラーに取り替えたけど全く無駄な出費だった。

交換してからしっかり取り掛かろうと思ったけど、ぷりぷりとほっぺを膨らませながら今日はふて寝。でっかい乳首に吸い付きたい気分。
