 Ayame appears first time on episode 5, and she is caught and tied up. Hm.. doujin will follows for sure... So I draw the tied-up scene for fun. The black stick shadows you saw are shadow for human's head. But I'm not that good with drawing, so they don't look like human's head much. 

 They are REALLY human's head!! Believe me!! I'm good person!!
