Small charging update (Patreon)

I literally didn't know about up-front charging before, and I would have had it on before if I'd known, so I'll be changing to that model from January 1st. I'm waiting until January first because I know I've gained a few supporters in the last couple of weeks and they won't have been expecting to be debited before Jan 1st. That's all!
