After the Final Battle with All-for-One the Heroes needed a well deserved break after healing those injuries "NOBODY DIED" and there's been a new parole system for well behaved criminals. So even if the heroes go on vacation they'll need to bring their Parole partner who they look after 24/7 considering there will be limited time to take off the gags and bindings each day.

MHA seems to have a weird recurrence of Arm injuries and Amputations... hell one of the main bad has severed hands for a costume. Even surpassing Naruto's eye popping fetish.
