Now something to relate to the weekly draws for this month....

Girls in formal regalia or military uniforms. So just drop any character in uniform regardless of rank. Its a bit more general so police officer uniforms or idol uniforms that looks like military ones can be considered but generally its the formality....

 though bottom half can be an exception like those ww2 fighter plane girls anime with full uniform but with no pants haha. ahh surprisingly that was before the advent of the anthropomorphize ship girls popularity.

That also includes fantasy settings like knights but not in their armors kind of thing.
