The Nekomata. One of several undercity bars that offer safe haven for outlaws, smugglers, and other shady folks who would rather stay off the grid. 

A major shift in power amongst the elite has left Central City in a state of disarray and a small group of rebels want to take advantage of the chaos. But plots against the corporate elite are serious business. Any mistakes will mean death or worse so there is no room for error.
