Hi guys, as I said I wanted to explore a side view of this device, in this profile view we can see the tighten of the horizontal bars. Also I did some adjustments to the arms. Let me know what do you think.

It's a really neat study! Note the device doesn't have to be tethered. Harmony/LDL had some neat ones that were mobile so they could just put them on a woman's chest though it was pre-I.N.S.E.X. era so they didn't ever really give them uncomfortable squeezings. The "massage roller" for yours works really good as they could make them pretty tight without just risking suffocating the boobs and she'd struggle over all the pinprick effects it gives her but that would keep the skin from getting too dead evenly. IMO it should be combined with something else, like the metal wedge I mentioned earlier - or they could pull a soft silky rope between her legs. Oil it so it doesn't do damage but maybe (another poster's suggestion for boobs) put some chili oil in the rope so it burns her....? As long as the Sultan is a few days away doing real work so his country doesn't fall apart before returning back to his pleasure palace it should be time to heal the bruises! The arms - you did a good perspective on the arms. IMO for real punishment they should probably be tied behind the back. This could be combined with some ropes across her torso to lift her with a pulley - or to just have her wrists tied in back to hold her and maybe pull back a bit for a painful pull. Anyways, love your pics as always and just making some suggestions.

Tie Yeina's ankles too and pull all the ropes tight. That way she will be suspended by her breasts with the added pressure of her body being pulled away from the bars.
