Hey friends! I'm doing another Q&A stream about the business of cosplay/creation tomorrow — I did one of these a few weeks ago and it was very well-attended and in an hour and a half, we didn't manage to get to everything folks wanted to discuss! So I thought I'd schedule another one so we can continue the conversation.

This stream will be available to $5+ Patrons tomorrow at 2pm MT! I'll post the link here on Patreon about fifteen minutes beforehand. There is a VOD if you can't attend live!

If you won't be able to make it to the stream, feel free to leave your questions here in the comments and I'll try to get to them! You can ask about anything from how I budget to how I get out of bed in the morning when there's no boss to yell at me for not coming in. 😅 Looking forward to chatting with y'all again!!

Thanks!!! I was just thinking about a question the other day because things have changed so much since the last time I did any music. How do you decide on a distributor now? It seems like everything is going digital both for product and distribution. Any helpful hints or recomendations?

How do you decide how to split content between platforms? Obviously patrons see more content and see things earlier, but how do you whittle down and cherry pick the content for Instagram or Facebook? And how does marketing change from one platform to the next? Thanks!! Can’t wait to catch it after work 💜

How do you promote your youtube videos? I feel annoying when I post about them more than once or twice! Can't make it to the stream but excited to watch it back later!

How do you keep yourself organized and on track to meet deadlines and goals?

I'm curious about the accountant you use, because I think being an accountant for self-employed creatives like you is something I want to shoot for! Do you know what level of degree they have and I'd they're a CPA or not?

how do you promote your own endeavours without feeling like you’re being too “much”for lack of a better word. I want to talk about and promote the new things in my shop, other platforms, etc. on my social media feeds but always worry I’m coming off as too pushy, preachy, or disingenuous.

1) What brand of teleprompter do you use? 2) When beginning to grow your following is it useful to try and connect with a lot of other creatives on Twitter or Instagram? And do you have a way of staying on top of your interactions with those other creators? I want to connect and engage with more people, but as an introverted person I find my timeline overwhelming if I follow a lot of accounts and I don't know how to keep up.

The best way to keep from getting overwhelmed, don’t do it all yourself 🤯
