I posted this everywhere yesterday, but just in case you missed it — here's the first official Zoya photo! I shot these on a black backdrop and I've been experimenting with neon effects to spice up the images. There should be at least a few more from this set over the next few weeks!

I'm SO happy with how this costume came out, and I put it together really fast! The bodysuit was made in one ten-hour marathon sewing session, and the rest of the accessories probably took around six or eight hours spread out over the next few days. All told, it was a pretty speedy build, and yet it's one of the neatest and most sturdily constructed costumes I've made.

Thanks to some opaque dance tights, it actually feels very modest, and I'm incredibly comfortable in it! The only thing that bugged me during my shoot was that the hat was a little tight, which could've been due to the way I did my hair under the wig cap, but I'll probably still adjust that a little before DragonCon because I plan on wearing this all day!

Hope You are Well :-) So Spectacular Ginny Di. You look Powerful, like Bear :-D The neon effect worked out Perfectly, I wouldn't be surprised if this got mistaken for an official GLOW promo picture on the News or Social Media some day & I was so Pleased to hear there is a third season on the way. I Hope You manage to figure out a way for Your hair to sit more comfortably, maybe adding an elastic will make the ushanka fit more like a shower cap & give more room for Your hair. Have a Splendid day. Take Care & all My Best Wishes.

Very nice. This project got me to finally sit down and watch the first season this week. It very much lived up to the hype, especially Ruth's progression from failed audition to Zoya.

I love the names of her moves omg, I wish that had ended up being a recurring joke!!

Thanks Daniel!! I think if I can just add a little more fur, there will be enough room for comfort.

This photo got me to start watching the show. It's incredibly well done. That red fabric is spot on.
