I really, really have never liked "Santa, Baby" as a song, but this is great. It's also the first time I've heard you sing... great voice!

Thank you so much! I'm not a Santa Baby fan either, but I admit that doing this parody did make me understand the appeal of playing a "character" in a song, even if that character is selfish and obnoxious, haha!!

For me, that's part of it, but also the voice in which is often sung (esp. the original) that just pushes it over the edge. I will agree that playing a character that is different can be quite interesting. I was roped into being in a play earlier this year where I had to play an arrogant, power-hungry Englishman who is verbally and physically abusive. That took a lot because I am generally soft spoken, and would never hit anyone. I kept finding myself apologizing after each part or making a silly face at the end of a sequence just to put the other person at ease.
