Exclusive Sticker Process Video! (Patreon)

Hello my buddies and patrons, happy Friday! It’s me, Ragon, writing to you from THE PAST! That’s right, my thoughts are traveling to you from the distant past of... Thursday. Because from Friday through Sunday I’ll be playing video games, watching talks, and definitely not catching a cold at PAX West. Nosiree, I’ve got a wedding next weekend and a convention the next and I definitely will not catch a cold for any of those events. I will NOT.

Anyway I’m so happy to share with you the final design for your exclusive Patron thank you stickers! You all commented on your favorites on my last Friday updates, and then we voted it down to the number one favorite on my Instagram close friend story! (By the way, if you’d still like to be added to the close friend stories to see special stuff like this shoot me a message!)

You voted on the sketch and I had the chance today to refine it down to this final cutie cat. Next week I’ll be ordering your set of stickers (I’m thinking from Sticker App this time) and then mailing it out to you all around the world to say thank you so much for being my patrons!

Because I’m trying to include you all in the process of making my sticker, I thought it would be fun to share the process video for this one. Including the sketchy messy phase and the final process. Marvel at my amazing ability to redraw things over and over and over again until I’m mostly satisfied. And my partner Zach also popped in for a minute to draw some silly sticker ideas, see if you can catch which quick sketches are his before I erase them! Big achievement time: I also learned how to edit the thumbnails for my YouTube Videos, so their not the ugly empty random sketch phase! Enjoy that shiny exciting thumbnail on the video please. 🙃

One more thing before I head out to do my laundry and prepare sandwiches for the weekend, I wanted to say a big thank you to the patrons who wished me good supportive vibes after last week’s Friday Thoughts. I’m feeling much better today after a chill week of making pins and sticker designs, and I’m going to try to be very thoughtful with myself during the next busy month. I hope you find places to be gentle and patient with yourself as well, and know your well wishes helped me immensely last week.
