They gave us this song before announcing their Chapter 2 and all that was about to come: the pause of group activity, the solo albums, military service... So when they said they were going on hiatus (and the rumors of disbandment immediately spread) this was a lifeline for me. They have always been true to their words and kept their promises. I listened to this so many times and tried to let the pandemonium flow past. And they HAVE been true to this, with a constant stream of solo releases and ARMY gifts so that even as they entered the military they are still with us.

In the album song starts with the chanting of 'Young Forever' by the Armys. Now the lyrics would hit even deeper knowing that it was dedicated to the army. Like Hobi's part where he says "You're my pride, my heaven and love" and then JK sings you're my best friend for the rest of my life. I was bawling when i heard it for the first time..

Esta canción definitivamente fue mi favorita de las 3 del álbum, por el significado que tiene y TODO lo que encerraba detrás de esa letra con todo lo que vino después…🥹 Cada vez que JK canta ese último “You’re my best friend for the rest of my life…” Se me pone la piel de gallina 💜 Y aunque no llegaste a escuchar el hermoso cierre de Tae, esta presentación realmente te tuvo que haber cautivado…es de otro mundo.

I don't usually do really sweet, feelsy songs but this one always gets me, and I love it. They also performed this at a couple of music/awards shows right before they started solo activities, and it was super cute. They always get amused with themselves doing the little Temptations-esque dancy dance :-D I love them. I love the song.
