I am limiting the privilege of scheduling a Skype/Phone session with me to Patrons only.  

TESTING:  I have a new appointment app and there's a chance that I may not have programmed it correctly.  I've tested it myself, but very often, things can be missed.  Please be open and flexible for the first week or two of me using this app, just in case I missed something in programming and need to request that you move your appointment.  

1. If you are interested in a phone session, please discuss your request with me first.  All sessions must receive approval first.   E-mail me at Mistress@DeepSurrender.com.
2. Book/Reserve your date/time using the "Schedule" button below.
3. Purchase using the Pay buttons at the bottom of this page. The rate is $3 per minute during normal hours. (12-7 pm EST). Rate increases to $4 per minute during after-hours and weekends. Payment is required - if you do not follow these instructions, I will cancel your appointment.
4. Send a Skype contact request to:  hypnotic.amethyst
5. PLEASE BE AWARE:  There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations.  Cancellations will be considered a tribute.  My schedule fills up ridiculously fast - please contact me at least 2-3 days prior to your requested date.
6. Please note:  A phone session is not considered "booked" without pre-approval and payment.
