After coming out of your sessions with my work for the next week, I want you to repeat this mantra 50x.

"The commands of Mistress Amethyst are making me a better pet".

To enhance the effect of this mantra, also write it, IN YOUR OWN HANDWRITING (no typing) 50x on a sheet of paper.  

For a triggered effect, write it on 10 post-it notes and stick them in places where you will see them during the day.  When you come across your post-it note, mentally repeat the mantra to yourself, right then and there.
