Introducing New Tier: Golden Blonde (Patreon)

Today I want to introduce a new tier in patreon: Golden Blonde. It's an upgrade to the Blonde tier. If you pledge to this tier, every month, instead of requesting a non colored rough lineart, you can request a fully colored pic!

Still one character only though, with a simple background. If it's an UW pic, blue filter will be added too, don't worry!
